To maintain a healthy body, it is vital that you maintain a healthy mouth. This means that your oral hygiene routines need to be up to scratch. One of the easiest ways to maintain good oral hygiene is to remember the 2-2 rule. Brush your teeth 2 times a day (once in the morning after breakfast and once at night after dinner) for 2 minutes each time.
