Will I have permanent sensitivity after whitening?

No – Sensitivity after whitening is only temporary. If the procedure is carried out professionally there will be no long-term sensitivity or damage to your teeth. It is normal to feel mild to moderate sensitive teeth after whitening, usually during the first 24 hours. This can be combated with frequent application of the fluoride gel provided after treatment. It is also vital to restrict colourful food and drinks for the first 24-48 hours after your whitening procedure.
